Summary
McMaster’s Policy on Employment-Related Perks and Privileges has been established to cause McMaster University to be in compliance with the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Perquisites Directive, which applies to the University under the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 (the “Act”). This Policy applies to members of the Board of Governors, to members of the Senate, Senior Executive Officers of the University and the Senior Administrative Leaders (SAL) employee groups. This Policy does not apply to provisions of any collective bargaining agreement. This Policy establishes rules on perquisites where these are provided through public funds as defined under the Act.
